Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the STUX mobile application and related services (together, "STUX"), operated by No Brainers Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using STUX, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

STUX is exclusively for currently enrolled students at participating colleges. You must sign up using a valid college email address matching an active, registered college on the platform. One account per college email.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you pay a booking amount through the app to confirm the order with the restaurant. The remaining bill amount is paid directly to the restaurant at pickup. Booking amounts are set by each restaurant and shown in your cart before payment.

Restaurants have 5 minutes to accept or reject your order. If accepted, you have 90 minutes to collect your order using the QR code or pickup code shown in the app. See our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for what happens in each case.

3. No student-initiated cancellation

Once you pay the booking amount, you cannot cancel the order yourself. Orders only end via the restaurant's acceptance/rejection or the timeouts described in our Refunds Policy.

4. Restaurant listings

Restaurants are onboarded and managed by STUX. Menu availability, pricing, and discounts are set by each restaurant (subject to a platform-wide minimum discount) and may change at any time. STUX is not responsible for food quality, preparation time, or in-person disputes with a restaurant — these are between you and the restaurant.

5. Account conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account and college email access secure. Do not attempt to place orders using another person's account or a college email you are not entitled to use.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of STUX after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
